Spins recovered
Track down the absent spins
You are reading this the minute the bonus screen stays empty after you claim the offer.
Finding the right reels
Open any other game and the counter still shows nothing: the 40 spins sit inside Sugar Rush only, so load that slot from the offer card.
First minutes after claiming
After the claim, the spins wait in your bonus section until you press activate, so open the bonus tab and start them there.
Keeping bets inside limits
Mid-playthrough, a single stake over NZ$6 voids the terms, so the winnings of those spins can be removed; keep every bet at NZ$6 or lower.
Phone still unconfirmed?
Before the 40 spins without deposit unlock, your phone and ID must be confirmed, so finish the verification step in your account settings.
Value check
What each batch pays in cash
First, multiply the spin count by the spin value; then trim that by the slot's payout rate and apply the wagering to the win. Every line is an estimate.

Four firm rules
24 Casino pays out in bonus credit
After these four rules you will know when your spin winnings become money you can withdraw.
Bonus balance first
Wins from a free spin land in your bonus balance, never straight in cash: at NZ$0.10 a spin, the 40 spins carry NZ$4.00 nominal.
Fair share of spins
The 40 spins without deposit come once per person, household and device; a repeat try is closed, and the NZ$100 cap applies to what you keep.
24 Casino sets 45 and 28
Play through the winnings 45 times for the no-deposit batch and 28 times for the welcome batch of 281 spins before any cash out.
High stakes, lost bonus
Between the spin win and the cash out, keep every stake at NZ$6 or below, because a bigger bet breaks the playthrough and the bonus goes.
Three weekly drops
Midweek slots get quieter, then Friday pays
By Tuesday night you know exactly which day pays and what it asks of you.

How it works
Work through these five moves
Most players lose their spins by opening the wrong game, and this clears that up.
Choosing between the batches
Two routes sit side by side: a no-deposit batch for trying the site and deposit spins with bigger stakes. Pick the one your bankroll allows and note its slot before you commit.
Type the code, then confirm
Inside the bonus area of your account, claim the offer or type its code in the box provided. Activation windows are tight, so take the steps while the offer is still live.
24 Casino pins spins to one game
24 Casino loads spins onto one named game only, at a stake it sets for you. Search that title, open it, and you will see the spin count sitting at the top.
Clearing the playthrough multiple
Winnings sit as bonus money until you clear the playthrough multiple on slots, inside the days given, and never above the maximum bet. Overshooting the stake cap can void the lot.
24 Casino side rewards
Extra spins for side tasks
24 Casino hands out small spin batches for the tiny account jobs most players skip.

Keep these nearby the minute a spin batch lands and one figure refuses to add up.
trustDo I have to clear wagering before cashing out?+
Spin winnings arrive as bonus money, so they clear the wagering on the batch you claimed before a payout is possible. The no-deposit batch also caps your cash-out at NZ$100, and identity checks run before the money leaves.
trustWhere can I get spins with no wagering attached?+
No wagering-free batch appears among the main offers: the no-deposit batch carries 45x on what the spins win and the welcome batch 28x. Playthrough is what turns a spin reward into cash you can hold.
trustWhere do I look up the licence behind 24 Casino?+
The licence sits with the Gaming Control Board Curaçao under number OGL/2011/1936/158, held by 24 Casino N.V. Player disputes go to that regulator rather than a New Zealand body. Photo ID, proof of address and a card image support the verification it asks for.
trustMust I pick one batch, or can I hold both?+
Both batches are open to you, each behind its own code. Type 24XTRY for the 40 spins on Sugar Rush, then make a first deposit of NZ$13 or more with 24XDEP1 for the 281 on Gates of Olympus. Skrill and Neteller do not qualify for the deposit batch.
trustDo I need to set a stake for each spin?+
Spin value is fixed at NZ$0.10 each and the batch only runs on the named slot, so there is no stake slider to move. What you can control is the bet you place with your own balance afterwards, kept under NZ$6 a round while the bonus is live.
This table keeps to the house habit at 24 Casino: terms first, small print in plain sight.

Stop the session when the spins are gone
Spins never oblige you to keep playing, and never oblige another top-up. Deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion are all there to set, and Gambling Helpline New Zealand, the Problem Gambling Foundation and the Multi-Venue Exclusion Programme take the calls you would rather not make alone.
Self-exclusion. Blocks your access to the account for a period you choose, across every game on the site.
Loss limits. Caps what a session can cost or how long it runs, closing play when the line is reached.
Deposit limits. Fixes how much can be paid in over a day or a week, so a spin offer cannot pull in more.
