This block settles whether the slot lobby is worth your time and your first deposit.
Play-credit trial
Trying a game with play credits first costs nothing real, so you can see how the reels behave before any of your own money moves.
Get paid within the hour
Cashouts land in about 21 minutes, which means a winning session does not sit in limbo while you wait for it to clear.
Figures before the spin
Each slot shows its RTP percentage, volatility rating and maximum win before you spin, so the maths is visible rather than buried in a help file.
Start with a small stake
Starting small works here, because NZ$13 is enough for a first deposit and you can keep stakes modest while you learn a game.
24 Casino Jackpot Basics
24 Casino Jackpot Rules in Plain Terms
18+You will know how a top prize is won and what your bet level decides.
Bet Size Decides Access
On some jackpot slots the top prize is open only to certain bet sizes, usually the higher ones. Play a smaller stake and that prize can be out of reach for your whole session.
Each Spin Starts Over
The odds of catching a jackpot are long, and each spin is a fresh draw. Nothing you did on the previous spin moves the next one closer to or further from a prize.
Check the Paytable First
A jackpot arrives in one of a few ways: a special symbol lands on the reels, a bonus round opens, or the game picks a moment at random. Read the paytable to see which one applies.
Before You Trust a Spin
Who Checks That the Games Are Fair?
Removes the usual doubt about who licenses the games and whether the numbers hold up.
When You Want the Regulator
Gaming Control Board Curaçao licenses this casino under number OGL/2011/1936/158. The licence ties the operator to a named regulator you can contact if a dispute goes past the support desk.
Labs Outside the Casino
Game outcomes come from a random number generator, and SIQ and BMM Testlabs test those systems. Independent labs sit outside the casino, so the results do not rest on the operator's own word.
24 Casino Runs This Version
Open the info or help screen inside any game and it states the RTP of the version this casino runs. That figure belongs to the specific game build, so the number you read there is the one that applies to your spins.
When You Need the Company Name
The company behind the site is 24 Casino N.V., registered in Curaçao at 947584. That name is the one to quote in any complaint or payment query you send.
Your First Spin
From First Look to First Paid Spin
What happens between opening the lobby and placing one paid bet.
Play Credits, No Card
Open a slot in demo mode and spin with play credits. Watch how often the bonus round lands before you think about real money.
24 Casino Asks for Your Name Once
Type your name, birth date and address exactly as they appear on the photo ID you will send. Mismatches stall verification later, so copy the document line by line.
How Much per Week?
In your account settings, set a deposit limit that fits your own budget before any payment. The cap holds across the week and can be lowered whenever you like.
Deposit Floor and Bonus Cap
Top up from NZ$13 using a card, Skrill, Neteller or POLi. A first payment of NZ$900 or more unlocks the full 156% welcome match and 281 spins.
A chicken steps across lanes one at a time, the multiplier climbs with every safe step, and the difficulty you pick before the round changes the layout.
Lane by lane the chicken moves forward, the multiplier rises with the distance covered, and you take the win before a lane goes wrong; difficulty is set first.
A plane climbs and the multiplier rises with it until the plane flies off at a moment nobody knows, so you cash out before that; two bets can ride together.
An astronaut lifts away from the ground and the multiplier grows as he climbs, then he vanishes; halfway through you can bank half and let the rest ride.
These are the return, volatility and maximum win figures for the slots below; each slot's help screen shows the exact values for the version this casino runs.

Who Built These Slots
Meet the Studios on This Page
Players often wonder who stands behind a slot, and this block names the studios here.
Pragmatic Play
Megaways reels pair with Ante Bet, Free Spins, Multiplier and Retrigger, as Buffalo King Megaways and The Dog House Megaways show.
IGT
Double Diamond runs a diamond theme and Cats plays on a set of felines, both built around classic reels and simple symbols.
Push Gaming
Free Spins arrive with Nudge, Progressive Multiplier, Retrigger and Scatter across the reels, as Tiki Tumble and Big Bamboo show.
Microgaming
Cool Buck turns on a snow theme, Maya on a jungle temple, Bust The Bank on a robbery and Gold Factory on a gold works.
Fun Money, Never a Paycheck
Games here are entertainment; they are not a way to earn money, and a good session is one you can afford. Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders and self-exclusion sit in your account settings, and support comes from Gambling Helpline New Zealand, The Problem Gambling Foundation of New Zealand and the Multi-Venue Exclusion Programme.
Deposit limits. A cap on how much you can add to your balance in a set period, so topping up stays a decision rather than a reflex.
Self-exclusion. A block on your account that keeps you out of the lobby for the period you choose, with no way to lift it early.
Session time reminders. A message that pops up during play to tell you how long you have been sitting at the screen.
Games FAQ
Can I Try a Slot Before Paying?
Short replies in the same plain terms this lobby uses everywhere else.
trustWhy can I play a slot without paying?+
Because most titles load in demo mode, where play credits stand in for cash. You get the same reels and features with nothing at stake, so a session costs nothing and payouts stay fictional.
trustWhy does this lobby name so many studios?+
Because variety across 113 providers keeps the mix wide, from Pragmatic Play and Push Gaming to IGT, Microgaming, Merkur, Hacksaw Gaming, WMS and iSoftBet. Each studio brings its own feel, and Megaways or hold and win mechanics appear where that studio makes them.
trustWhy is bonus money worth less in some games?+
Because wagering rules treat categories differently, and slots usually carry the full weight while other tables count little or not at all. Read the bonus terms before you claim the 156% match, since 28x applies to what you accept.
trustWhen can I play on my phone?+
Straight away, since the lobby runs in a mobile browser with no app to install. The titles resize to a smaller screen and your balance, limits and bonus progress stay the same. Nothing needs setting up twice.
trustWhich crash game should I open first?+
Tower Rush, from Galaxsys, is the one built around a tower that climbs until it falls. A round is quick and self-contained, and Aviator, Chicken Road, Chicken Road 2, Mines and Spaceman work on the same short-round idea.
trustWhat if I want to stop mid-session?+
Then use the tools in your account and set a deposit limit, a loss limit or a session reminder before you continue. Self-exclusion closes the lobby to you entirely for the period you pick.
trustHow long does a round take if my connection drops?+
A round already in play is settled on the server, so the result stands and shows in your history once you reconnect. Log back in and the balance reflects it; nothing needs repeating.
